The Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers Association invites you to participate in its eighth annual Training Conference and Exhibition. The Conference will be held at the Hotel Père Marquette in Peoria, Illinois, April 7, 8 and 9, 2010. This is a chance for you to showcase your products to the men and women in drug enforcement who recommend, purchase and use your products. Vendors are allowed to sell products during the conference. We anticipate an attendance of 600 officers from federal, state, county and local agencies. While the majority of the participants are from Illinois, officers from the surrounding states have been invited and may also be in attendance.
The cost for an exhibition space is $500.00. Additional spaces are available for $250.00 each. Each space comes with one 6' x 30" table (draped, not skirted) and two chairs. Electrical hook-ups are available in some of the spaces, however, you must supply your own extension cords, multi-plug connectors, etc. For video equipment rental or other special needs, please contact Hotel Père Marquette, 501 Main Street, Peoria, Illinois 61602, (309) 637-6500.
If you need room accommodations during the Conference, please contact the Hotel Père Marquette directly and tell them you are with the IDEOA Conference. Special rates of $89.00 per night for single or double accommodations are available. These special rates do not include applicable taxes.
Exhibition spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the enclosed registration form and return it with your payment as soon as possible, but no later than the January 31, 2010 deadline, to be listed in the conference directory distributed to all conference attendees.
A confirmation letter and handy checklist will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment.
