The Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers Association invites you to become a sponsor of the Association. As it is not always feasible to showcase your products in a conference setting, the IDEOA can provide another option for your company in the support of counter-drug law enforcement. In addition to the IDEOA training conference that is attended by more than 650 police officers from across Illinois and surrounding states, the association also provides training and drug education programs to law enforcement groups, as well as business associations and public awareness groups throughout Illinois.
As we attempt to defray the expense of these programs and therefore allow us to utilize the vast majority of our resources to address the drug problem head on, we invite you to join us as a corporate sponsor. Any and all donations received will go towards training or educational programs aimed at impacting the problem on many levels. We offer three levels of corporate sponsorship:
In appreciation and recognition of your sponsorship, the IDEOA will provide your company with one table at the annual training conference, space in our training conference booklet with your company highlighted as a sponsor of the appropriate level, and a link to your website from the ideoa.org website.

Exhibitor Information
The Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers Association invites you to participate in its Fifteenth Annual Training Conference and Exhibition. The Conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton in Peoria, Illinois, April 18, 19, and 20, 2012. The hotel is located at 500 Hamilton Boulevard, Peoria, Illinois. This is a chance for you to showcase your products to the men and women in drug enforcement who recommend, purchase and use your products. Exhibitors are allowed to sell products during the conference.
We anticipate an attendance of 650 officers from federal, state, county and local agencies. While the majority of the participants are from Illinois, officers from the surrounding states have been invited and may also be in attendance. We are sensitive to the current economic climate and have consequently reduced our exhibitor rates from previous years.
Exhibition spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for an exhibition space is $375.00. Additional spaces are available for $150.00 each. Please note the registration deadline of February 15, 2012. There will be a 30-day grace period for the standard booth fee, however, registrations received after March 15, 2012 will cost $500.00 for the first table. Each space comes with one draped table and two chairs. Electrical hook-ups are available in the spaces upon request; however, you must supply your own extension cords, multi-plug connectors, etc. For video equipment rental or other special needs, please contact Four Points by Sheraton directly, (309) 674-2500.
If you need room accommodations during the Conference, please contact the hotel directly and tell them you are with the IDEOA conference. Special rates of $102.00 per night for single or double accommodations are available. These special rates do not include applicable taxes.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2012 Conference, please complete the enclosed registration form and return it with your payment as soon as possible. Registrations received prior to the February 15, 2012 deadline will be listed in the conference directory distributed to all conference attendees.
A confirmation letter and handy checklist will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment.
